5 Tips To Boost Targeted Traffic with Article Marketing

Sunday, December 5, 2010

As you all know, I love affiliate marketing very much as it seems the most challenging industry but it is also the most profitable to stay forever. PPC has a lot of risks like fraudulent clicks, traffic sources….However, affiliate marketing only recorded with sales and leads. That mean, you receive what you refer to your targeted vendors.
5 Tips To Boost Targeted Traffic with Article MarketingLike many other marketing methods, article marketing seems the most affordable one to all of us. You don’t have to pay for AdWords, Yahoo or Bing to get listed on their search engines and your blog or even affiliate links can easily be exposed to hundreds of targeted traffic of big blogs like problogger.net, johnchow.com…Any one can do this even a newbie blogger. The only thing you need is ideas and get your articles approved by those blogs’ admin.
Traffic is considered food of any blogs, forum, website…to survive. Without visitors, your sites are dead or even there is no revenue generated at all. Article marketing can quickly bring you plenty of targeted visitors. Here are some article marketing tips, to boost your website’s traffic, I mean targeted traffic.
1. Regular guest blogging:
If one article submitted can bring you 10 visitors per day on average then 100 articles can bring you 1k of visitors. So, you should spend more time writing guest posts to whatever blogs of your niches. If you submit your article to irrelevant blog (even bigger one), your traffic will not targeted and hardly turned into sales or leads!
2. Professional Author Box Design:
Most of multi-author blogs or blogs which accept guest posts reserve a small part at bottom of single post for author box. You can customize it yourself in HTML with max 3 links of yours. You can make it as much intriguing as you can to draw attention from readers.
The more intriguing author box you have, the more visitors coming to your guest post will click on. If someone finishes your article and click on those link, they will likely your potential prospects in the future.
3. Good Flow & Logic:
You can not make your article messy that is very hard to flow. I hate reading any articles without heading, bold or italic. This will show that you are a professional blogger and you really care about your content too.
You should think about this and choose the right format to show up your guest posts at the best quality as you can. This will encourage your visitors to read from beginning to end and then click on your links too. Further, your ideas must be logic from the beginning to the end. This will keep your readers going to the last stop of your article.
4. Short & concise articles:
Your readers don’t not have much time and we don’t have much time either. So, to keep them reading the whole article, you need to make it as much short as you can. But, don’t cut your articles, just make it very concise like 2 or 3-in-1 model. The idea is not changed but the wording is shorter and concise.
I myself hate reading long articles and ready to leave if I see a two pages of article. I do not care about how good they are but I do not have time to stay for 30 mins to digest the whole article. If so, I think I would go for bookstore instead icon smile 5 Tips To Boost Targeted Traffic with Article Marketing
5. Interaction with your readers:
I have seen a big mistake that have been made by many bloggers. They submit their articles to different blogs but they will never answer comments of readers. You are the best one to answer those comments because you are the writer.
If you submit 50 articles per month and no comments answered, who will read your articles in the future. Will they click on your link or even visit your sites? I am afraid that they will not!
Any ideas about this?
